NOTE: There is NOT much markup in airsoft products, some items have no markup. We sell these products on our retail site as cheap as possible. If you are looking for a major discount as a wholesale customer, it's not there. You will save money with the $30 flat rate shipping on large orders, and drop shipping for small orders.

NOTE: If you are not a valid airsoft related business, we will NOT process your request. You must have an active website or physical storefront related to airsoft. If you are the end consumer of the product, you are not a wholesale customer (We are not interested in exceptions). It could take up to 1-3 weeks to process your request. Do not call asking for status as our office does not manage this process. You can email if needed. If your account is not setup then: you are not a valid wholesale business, you did not follow all the instructions as outlined below, we decided against your wholesale request.

We can dropship airsoft toy gun tactical gear direct to your customers, offer a limited warranty, and can assist with technical support. We make it easy for you to run your own airsoft store, sell at online auctions, sell at events/shows...etc. This is not for retail discounts or bulk purchase for a team. We are looking for long term wholesale customers.

All of our airsoft and toy gun products have the required orange markings according to federal laws.

Please be aware these should not be sold to persons under the age of 18 or legal consenting age for that state. The Kapowwe Company shall not assume any liability for the sale, use, or misuse of any airsoft product. The use of replica, fake, guns carry the full ramifications of a real gun when used in criminal activity. Please encourage proper eye, and safety protection when using this product. All of our airsoft product has the required orange markings according to federal laws. To remove, deface, cover markings, or safety warnings is in violation of federal law. Some states now carry criminal charges against person displaying in public of airsoft, replica, look alike firearms, California residents, and all others check your state and local laws before purchase.

Getting Started:

1.  Fax us a copy of your valid State or Federal Tax id to (936) 372-1166 (no we will not accept email copies)

2.  Be sure to include the following information:

link to your website or email/fax photos of your storefront

First/Last Name 

Billing address 

Phone number

Email address

 

3. We will then create the account for you and email the login information. 

4. Join the Kapowwe Wholesale/Liquidation Email List so we can communicate with you (blowouts, hot new sellers, site changes...etc)  

5. Read the Return Policy (see below) carefully, it will be strictly followed. 

6. Login to www.kapowwe.com using your provided login id. The prices will be a reduced wholesale rate.

7. It is very important that you do not change your login id, but do change the password and shipping information.

*** 8. Sometimes we add items to the website and forget to add the wholesale pricing. If there is a specific item that looks to be in question, please email us and ask us to review the pricing.

 

Drop Shipping:

Drop shipping is easy. Place the order as you normally would.

** Important ** Let us know the order is a dropship by telling us in the message box provided during Checkout.

Bill To address will be the return address. 

Email address used in both Ship To and Bill To will receive the UPS tracking information. 

No invoice or packaging slip will be included in the box.

Wholesale Return Policy:

Damaged in the mail:

If the item arrived damaged, we must be notified within 3 business days (via email) so a claim can be filed with UPS.  If UPS approves the claim, the order will be resent.

 

Unwanted Item:

Item must be returned unused. If item is used in anyway, no refund is granted. Refund is minus shipping costs and 20% restock.

 

Defective Item:

Here is how a return is evaluated.

1. Was the item returned to Kapowwe within 30 days of original delivery? (if no, return is not accepted). 

2. Is there any external damage? (ex: cracks, chips, broken trigger, broken tip..etc) (if yes, return is not accepted)

3. Has the orange tip been altered? (if yes, return is not accepted and item is disposed of)

4. Has the item been neglected? (ex: taken apart, modified, poor quality bb's used...etc) (if yes, no return is accepted) 

 

If you have an item to return,

Follow our standard return policy.

 

Given the type of product and the way they are used, broken items/returns are going to occur. It is much easier and cost effective for you the dealer to find another way to manage your own returns. Some examples: Sell the parts, sell the broken items on ebay (as broken of course). There are customers looking for guns to simply display or use as props. We are selling these items so cheap, there are creative ways to recoup any looses from returns. It is more expensive and time consuming to send them back to us.
